Job Bohnen

Job Bohnen has extensive experience in people and culture leadership roles. Currently, they are the Director of People & Culture at Hearst Netherlands, where they oversee various aspects such as DE&I, employee engagement, L&D, wellbeing, payroll, and culture change. Prior to this, they served as the Head of People & Culture a.i. at The Avocado Show, contributing to the restaurant and hospitality business's expansion in multiple cities. They also held leadership positions at Ksyos, Appical, EW Facility Services, Infomedics, and Mercer, where they gained experience in people management and HR consulting. Earlier in their career, Job worked as a reintegration consultant at ttif & arbo, an HR officer at GGD Amsterdam, and a recruiter at Saxion University of Applied Sciences.

Job Bohnen obtained a Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie (PDL) from the Associatie voor Examinering in 2007. Job then pursued a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 2001 to 2005. In 2008, Job attended Open Universiteit, where they studied Psychology until 2011. Job has since obtained additional certifications including Lean Management, Hardlooptrainer, Trainer/Coach, and is a certified RealDrives trainer/coach. Most recently, in May 2020, they obtained a certification in Google Analytics from Google.
