Arash Yadegari

Arash Yadegari has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Currently, they serve as the Associate General Counsel & Vice President at HTLF since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Corporate Counsel & Vice President at HTLF from November 2021 to February 2023. Before joining HTLF, Arash worked at Wells Fargo as a Senior Counsel from January 2019 to November 2021. Arash also gained experience at Westlake Financial Services as a Corporate Counsel from January 2018 to January 2019, and as an Associate Counsel from September 2016 to December 2017. Additionally, Arash worked as the General Counsel at M & N Financing Corporation from August 2013 to September 2016. Arash started their career as an Associate Attorney at Mesisca, Riley & Kreitenberg LLP from June 2013 to August 2013. Arash has also served as a Judicial Extern at the United States Bankruptcy Courts, both for the Central District of California from August 2012 to January 2013, and for the Southern District of California from September 2011 to August 2012. Before pursuing their legal career, they held positions as a Law Clerk at the United Domestic Workers Homecare Providers Union from April 2010 to August 2011, a Legal Administrative Assistant at the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program from June 2007 to August 2009, and a Research Assistant at the Law Offices of Rosemary J. Willingham, Esq. from November 2007 to January 2009.

Arash Yadegari obtained a Bachelor of Arts in General Biology from UC San Diego from 2002 to 2007. Arash then pursued a Doctor of Law degree with a specialization in Business, Labor, and Employment Law from California Western School of Law between 2009 and 2012.
