Chris Daley

Chris Daley has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Starting in 1993, they worked as a Sales Representative at The Hartford until 1996. Chris then joined Emplanet as a Sales Manager from 1999 to 2001. From 2001 to 2005, they were the SVP of Institutional Sales at CitiStreet. Chris then moved on to Genworth Financial, where they served as the SVP and Business Leader of the Institutional Retirement Group from 2005 to 2011. Chris then joined J.P. Morgan Asset Management, first as the Head of Institutional Defined Contribution Sales from 2011 to 2019 and later as a Vice President from 2011 to 2012. Chris then joined J.P. Morgan as an Executive Director in the Asset Management division from 2012 to 2014. Currently, they are working at HTLF as the Senior Vice President - Market Leader of Retirement Plan Services since 2023.

Chris Daley attended the University of Vermont from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. In addition, they obtained the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®) certification from the National Association of Plan Advisors in 2023.
