Zach C. Hamilton

Zach Hamilton currently serves as the Chief Innovation and Digital Officer at HTLF, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Zach was the Chief Digital Officer at Synovus from September 2015 to August 2023, and also held senior director and director positions there. Zach's earlier experience includes serving as Director of the Global Digital PMO and SVP of Global Consumer Technology at Citi from September 2011 to September 2015. Before Citi, Zach worked at Deloitte as a Manager in Strategy & Operations and at Citi as VP of Offshore Planning & Strategy. Zach began a career in banking as a Senior Account Executive at U.S. Bank. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
