Gavin Payne

Gavin Payne has a strong and diverse work experience spanning several years in the aviation industry. Gavin began their career at Gatwick Airport in 1999, where they held roles such as Terminal Manager and Operations Interface Manager. During this time, they led teams, managed budgets, and restructured teams for improved efficiency. In 2005, Gavin joined Heathrow Airport, where they held various positions including General Manager of Terminal 2 and Landside Operations and Passenger Experience Programme Leader.
