Shreeya Amin is currently serving as the Terminal Baggage Service Manager at Heathrow since August 2023. Prior to this role, Shreeya held the position of Laboratory Operations Manager at Cignpost Diagnostics from August 2021 to July 2023. Shreeya's extensive experience in the aviation industry includes a long tenure at Virgin Atlantic, beginning as a Customer Service Agent and advancing to Lead Ticket & Support until July 2021. Earlier in the career, Shreeya worked as an Airport Representative for Reps UK and also gained volunteer experience as an Airline Representative for SriLankan Airlines Official. Shreeya is currently pursuing further education at Heathrow Academy and Astutis, alongside various CPD diplomas in Biology, Project Management, Human Resources, and Administration and Secretarial skills, previously completing studies at Uxbridge College.
