Katarina Skalare

Katarina Skalare has a diverse work experience in sustainability and corporate responsibility. Katarina has held positions such as Chief Sustainability Officer at Heimstaden Group, Interim Head of Sustainability at Heimstaden, Founder & CEO of Hållbart by Skalare AB, and Member of the Board of Directors at Heimstaden Bostad AB. Katarina has also been involved in various committees and reference groups at Lund University, Kungliga tekniska högskolan, ICC Sweden, and Hållbar Utveckling Skåne. Throughout their career, they have developed sustainability strategies, provided advisory services, and given speeches and lectures on sustainability.

From 1999 to 2002, Katarina Skalare attended Malmö University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Science. Their studies focused on topics such as organizational and competence development, leadership, project management, and business intelligence.
