Eddo Rats Mre

Eddo Rats MRE has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions within different companies. Eddo started their career in 1995 at Geste Groep, where they worked in Vastgoed Beheer until 2002. Eddo then joined Vesteda and held multiple positions, including Account Manager, Manager Property Marketing, Vestigingsdirecteur, and Directeur Property Management en Innovatie. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Business Owner at Pamaja Management B.V. Eddo then joined Bastion Hotels as their Algemeen Directeur from 2013 to 2016. Following this, they worked at de Alliantie as a Regiodirecteur from 2017 to 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Eddo Rats MRE served as the Country Manager / CEO at Heimstaden Nederland. Currently, they hold the position of Co-COO Heimstaden Northwest Europe and will take on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Heimstaden starting from December 2022.

Eddo Rats MRE has a diverse education history. In 1990 to 1995, they attended Hotelschool The Hague, earning a BHa degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. Later, in 2004 to 2006, they attended the University of Amsterdam, obtaining an MRE degree in Real Estate. In 2008, they pursued an ASM degree in Strategic Management from IMD. In 2010, they briefly studied Finance, General, and Social Media at IMD (International Institute for Management Development) - Business Programs. Lastly, in 2019, they completed the Programma voor Commissarissen en Toezichthouders at Erasmus Governance Institute.
