Marie-Claude Tremblay has a strong background in product development and management. Marie-Claude is currently the Head of New Product Development at Helaina, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to that, Marie-Claude worked at Perrigo Company plc from 2006 to 2021, where they served as a Product Development Manager. In this role, they managed a team of scientists and technicians, oversaw pilot plant operations, and scheduled and coordinated product development activities.

Marie-Claude also has experience at Wyeth Nutritionals Ireland, where they worked as a Product Development Manager from 2003 to 2005. In this position, they managed multiple development projects, led a multidisciplinary team, scheduled pilot plant activities, and implemented project management procedures.

Earlier in their career, Marie-Claude worked at Wyeth Nutritionals as a Product Development Manager and Technical Services Manager from 2000 to 2003. In this role, they planned and supervised product and process development projects, prepared technical reports and documents, and coordinated and supervised manufacturing trials.

Marie-Claude Tremblay has a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from Université Laval. Marie-Claude also obtained a Certificat in Business Administration and Management from Université du Québec à Rimouski. In addition, they have a certification called CFS-Badge from the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) which they obtained in April 2013.
