Xiaoning Lu

Xiaoning Lu has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Their most recent position as Head of Analytics at Helaina involves bringing the functional properties of human proteins to food. Prior to this, Xiaoning worked as an R&D Manager at Restek Corporation, where they built and led a team to develop innovative chromatography products and analytical solutions. They also held the role of Sr. Scientist at MilliporeSigma and Sr. R&D Scientist at Sigma-Aldrich, where they focused on new product development and method development for complex sample analysis. At the University of North Dakota, Xiaoning served as the Director of Proteomics Core Lab, establishing and managing the lab's operations. Finally, at Children's National Medical Center, Xiaoning worked as a Research Associate, leading a project on proteomic biomarker discovery for children's brain tumors and providing mass spectrometric and proteomic services.

Xiaoning Lu has a diverse educational background. In 1999 to 2002, they pursued a PhD in Analytical Chemistry at the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing. Following that, in 2019, they attended Penn State University, focusing on Business-Finance. Xiaoning then obtained a CORe (Credential of Readiness) Certificate in Business Analytics, Economics for Managers, and Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School Online in 2020. In 2021, they enrolled in Columbia Business School and earned a Certificate in Marketing. Additionally, in January 2022, Xiaoning obtained a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Columbia Business School.
