With a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Wyoming, Kyle has a diverse background that includes experience as a Sales Associate at Big 5 Sporting Goods and a Youth Development Professional at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
