Delane Zahoruiko

As Senior Director of Business Operations, Delane Zahoruiko works with teams throughout Helios. Her role spans functions including marketing, sales, corporate development and content. Delane works directly with Helios’ CEO and CSO to ensure the organization stays on track to meet financial goals through flawless execution in form and function.

In her previous roles as a management consultant, Delane worked across industries, and multinational organizations delivering on large-scale operational change, improvement, and data and analytics initiatives. Today at Helios, Delane balances strategy and execution while improving business performance and maximizing growth for a scalable future. She has a keen eye for turning complex concepts and challenges into understandable and achievable action plans. Delane thrives in fast-paced environments where teams come together to work through challenges with thoughtful execution.

Speaking of challenges… Delane can even breathe underwater…albeit with a little help from her scuba gear. She adapts quickly in and out of water to changing conditions and risks. Her ScrumMaster training and practical application of agile concepts have demonstrated her high acumen as a facilitator, coach, communicator, and people-oriented leader. Delane earned her degree in Global Business Strategy and Analytics, from Babson College, where she first developed a love for innovative entrepreneurial ventures.
