Amir Dolev

Amir Dolev has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a QA Engineer at MoMinis. Amir then joined the Israel Ministry of Finance in 2012 as a Researcher, where they collected and analyzed economic data for policy formulation. From 2014 to 2023, Amir worked at Riskified, starting as a Research Analyst before progressing to roles such as Research Team Lead, Head of Data Science Analytics, and Director of Data Science - Chargeback Guarantee. Riskified specializes in risk management and fraud prevention for eCommerce businesses. Most recently, in 2023, Amir joined Hello Heart as the Senior Director of Data, leading their mission to improve health through smartphone technology. Amir then assumed the role of VP Data & AI. Hello Heart focuses on helping employers and health plans control heart risks. Overall, Amir has gained expertise in data analysis, research, and leadership in both financial and technological sectors.

Amir Dolev pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2011 to 2014. Amir then continued their education at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2020 to 2023, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
