Collin McNiel

Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Help Lightning

Collin McNiel has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Collin began their career as a Customer Relations Representative at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail in 2012. In 2014, they became the Recreation Program Director at Hunter Street Baptist Church. In 2021, they transitioned to a Business Development Manager role at Vulcan Mechanical Services. Most recently, Collin began working as a Customer Success Manager at Help Lightning in 2022.

Collin McNiel attended Samford University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a degree in Sports Administration.
