Sara Cohen

Sara Cohen is the current Director of Communications at Help Scout. Sara has previously worked as the Director of Communications at Noom Inc. from January 2021 to May 2022, and at Zocdoc from August 2016 to December 2018. Cohen has extensive experience in media relations and public relations, and has executed media strategy for a wide range of publications, from business to consumer to tech/entrepreneurship to TV. Sara has also led communications at a time of transition for a company, and managed and mentored a team of public relations specialists. Recently, they have re-engaged with the team at Zocdoc in a short-term freelance capacity to help with COVID-19 media strategy.

Sara Cohen has a certificate in graphic design from Shillington Education and a BA in mass communication/media studies from the University of California, Berkeley.

They are on a team with Victor Velazquez - Growth Marketing Strategist, Denny Swindle - CTO & Co-Founder, and Riana Upton - Senior Product Marketing Manager. Their manager is Nick Francis, Co-Founder & CEO.
