Maija Penn

Maija Penn is currently the Program Coordinator at Henrico Education Foundation, overseeing the administration and operations of multiple programs. Maija is also the Co-Founder and CEO of The Knowledge Exchange, a tutoring/educational services nonprofit. With a background in behavioral health and education, Maija has experience working with children with autism and emotional disabilities in various roles such as Training Specialist, Behavioral Health Technician, and Behavior Support Assistant. Maija holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue Global.
