Louis Franco

Louis Franco has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the field of information technology. Louis currently serves as the SVP IT Infrastructure & Service Desk at Heritage Bank of Commerce, where they have been since 2023. Prior to this role, they were the VP IT Infrastructure at the same company from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining Heritage Bank of Commerce, Louis worked as an independent consultant and entrepreneur at Carrera IT Services, LLC from 2019 to 2021. During this time, they provided IT services directly to consumers and infrastructure vendors, supported NetSuite implementation and migrations, and implemented project management using Agile methodologies and security compliance.

From 2016 to 2019, Louis held directorial positions at Bed Bath & Beyond, where they focused on information technology and mergers and acquisitions. Louis also served as the Director of Information Technology and Field Implementation Retail Services during this period.

Prior to their tenure at Bed Bath & Beyond, Louis worked as the Director of Technology and IT Operations at Cost Plus World Market from 2011 to 2016, and as the Director of IT Operations from 2008 to 2011. Earlier in their career, they held various leadership roles at Restoration Hardware, Carrera IT Services, Eze Castle Integration, Visual Concepts (Sega of America), The Trattner Network, and Autodesk, Inc.
