Min Cui

Min Cui has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Min began their career at Infineon Technologies as a System Engineer and later became a Strategy Analyst. After that, Min joined Ericsson as a Project Manager in the China R&D Institute and later served as a Product Manager in the Region North East Asia Market. They also held the position of Line Manager of SW I&V in the China R&D Institute.

Min then worked at Mercedes-Benz China as a Manager of Business Development before joining Qihoo 360 as a Senior Manager of Business Analysis.

Min subsequently joined DiDi as part of the Strategy & Operations team, where they played a crucial role in strategic planning and business model design for the Xiaoju Auto solution business. They achieved significant results in business analysis and operations, including substantial growth in refueling business orders and an increase in supply scale for EV charging. In addition, Min led several strategic investment and M&A deals, totaling over $100 million USD.

Most recently, Min joined Hesai Technology as the Senior Director of Strategy.

Min Cui earned a Master of Science degree in Communication Engineering from the Technical University of Munich. This academic achievement occurred from 2005 to 2007.
