Maria Deres

Maria Deres has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as a Praktikantin at Brunswick Group. Maria then worked as a Praktikantin at Auswärtiges Amt before joining Daimler AG as a Praktikantin in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Praktikantin at E.ON Ruhrgas AG and Bundesministerium für Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend (BMFSFJ).

Maria Deres began their professional career in 2012 at The Boston Consulting Group, where they first worked as an Associate and later as a Consultant until 2015. Maria then joined Brunswick Group as an Associate and eventually became a Director in 2019.

Their most recent work experience is at BCG BrightHouse, where they started in 2021 as a Director of Strategy. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Strategy.

Maria Deres completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Politik- und Verwaltungswissenschaften at the University of Konstanz from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Comparative Politics (States and Markets) at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2010 to 2011.
