Patrick Desmond

Patrick Desmond has extensive experience in business development, with a focus on technology consulting and staffing. Patrick is currently the Director of Business Development at HexaCorp LLC, where they help deliver cloud agnostic services and solutions. Prior to this, Patrick served as the Director of Business Development at New Resources Consulting for nearly a decade, providing project-based consulting and staffing solutions. Patrick also held the position of Director of Business Development at Experis, where they increased revenue by over $8 million and managed the Professional Services Division.

Before their time at Experis, Patrick was the VP of Business Development at Genesis 10, where they grew revenue by over $6 million and developed new marketing strategies. Prior to that, they held the same title at The Revere Group, where they significantly grew sales from $1 million to over $20 million and personally sold a record-breaking $14 million in solutions.

Patrick began their career as a Sales professional at CPT, where they honed their skills in sales, cold calls, demonstrations, and closing. It was at CPT where they achieved success and was recruited to join AT&T as an Account Manager, eventually becoming a National Account Manager. Throughout their career, Patrick consistently exceeded quotas, won sales awards, and received recognition for their outstanding achievements.

Patrick Desmond earned their Bachelor's Degree in Public Speaking, Radio, and TV from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Patrick attended the university from 1978 to 1982. Before that, they completed their high school education at Nicolet High School from 1974 to 1978, where they obtained a General High School Degree. Additionally, Patrick received the businessman of the year award during their time at Nicolet High School.
