Dita Hendersone

Dita Hendersone is currently serving as Legal Counsel at Hg since October 2022, having previously worked as an Associate in Corporate at Linklaters from March 2018 to September 2022, where responsibilities included corporate law focusing on private equity, financial sponsors, and capital markets, along with a secondment to Madrid. Dita has also held roles such as Legal Secondee at Hg and participated in several summer vacation schemes at leading firms including Linklaters and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Dita's academic background includes a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with a focus on Law with Hispanic Law from UCL and a postgraduate LPC, MSc in Law, Business, and Management from The University of Law, alongside participation in an ERASMUS exchange program at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
