Aneth Chepkirui has worked in various organizations and held different roles over the years. In 2016, they served as an intern at the Gender Violence Recovery Centre at Nairobi Women's Hospital. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as an Assistant Field Officer-Capacity Building at Tenwek Community Health & Development, where they supported capacity development initiatives and conducted needs assessments. In 2020, Aneth joined HIAS and worked as a Protection Caseworker, carrying out social assessments and ensuring the accurate updating of the GBVIMS. Aneth also facilitated access to support networks for LGBTQ individuals and contributed to the development of project proposals. From 2020 to 2021, they held the role of Relationship Officer at GTBank Kenya, where they were responsible for customer service, sales, and marketing strategies. Currently, Aneth is working at HIAS as an Assistant Economic Inclusion Officer.
Aneth Chepkirui obtained a Bachelor's degree in Community Development from Egerton University. Aneth attended the university from 2012 to 2015.
