High Fidelity
Douglas Rushkoff is an author and media theorist who currently serves as an advisor at High Fidelity. Douglas has also been a professor of media studies and activism at Queens College, a columnist for Medium, and a board member of Civic Hall. In addition, they have worked as a codevangelist for Codecademy and as a columnist for CNN. Douglas has also been a researcher at Universiteit Utrecht and the founder of Contact Summit.
Douglas Rushkoff has a PhD from Universiteit Utrecht / University of Utrecht in New Media Studies and Digital Games, which they received in 2012. Douglas also has a post-graduate fellowship from The American Film Institute in Film Directing, which they received in 1987. Additionally, they have an MFA from California Institute of the Arts in Theater/Film, which they received in 1986, and a degree from Princeton University in English/Theater, which they received in 1983. Finally, they graduated from Scarsdale High School.
