Michelle Alvarez has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruiting. Michelle has experience as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Highbar, where they are focused on revolutionizing the physical therapy industry. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at PathAI, where they applied machine learning techniques in pathology to modernize healthcare. Michelle also served as the Analytics Recruiting Manager at Wayfair, where they led the recruitment efforts for the data science team. Michelle began their career as a Technical Recruiter at EdgeRock Technology Partners.
