Phil Blaydes

Phillip Blaydes has extensive work experience in recruitment and founding companies. Phillip is currently the Founder and Managing Director of HIGHER Community, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Founder and Chief Experience Officer at Talentful from August 2021 to the present, and as the Founder and Co-CEO from September 2015 to August 2021. Before joining Talentful, they worked as the Head of Global Recruitment at Forward3D from July 2014 to September 2015. Earlier in their career, they held managerial roles at Aspire and round8, and worked as a Technology Recruitment Specialist at Mind Candy. Phillip began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at AF Selection Ltd.

Phillip Blaydes attended Birmingham City University from 2004 to 2006 where they earned a BSc degree in Building Surveying. Prior to that, they attended King Edward VI Aston School from 1994 to 2002.
