Maria Moragianis has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Maria began their career as a Freelance Newspaper & Magazine Correspondent in 1993. From 1997 to 2000, Maria worked as a Magazine Editor and Journalist for the monthly publication "Hermes" at the Athens Macedonian News Agency. Maria gained extensive knowledge of Greece's cultural, political, financial, and business scene and conducted numerous interviews with notable individuals.

In the year 2000, Maria transitioned to the corporate world and joined Egon Zehnder as a Research Analyst. Over the course of seven years, they progressed to the role of Research Associate, specializing in senior-level recruitment, executive search and selection, and identifying top talent in a defined set of core competencies. In 2005, Maria became a Project Manager for a global operations communications platform at Egon Zehnder's London office, leading a cross-functional team of researchers.

In 2008, Maria joined ALBA Graduate Business School as the Director of Careers & Alumni. In this role, they provided personalized career services to students and alumni, acted as a career consultant, trainer, talent manager, recruitment expert, and presentation skills coach. Maria also facilitated the delivery of the Presentation Skills course and received excellent feedback from over 1500 graduate business students.

From 2022, Maria took on multiple roles simultaneously. At ReGeneration, they served as a Board Member. Additionally, they worked at Highered as the Head of Career Development & Community Engagement. At Alba Graduate Business School, Maria assumed the position of Teaching Fellow, collaborating with the Executive Development Department and the International Department to provide transformative training programs and seminars on career strategy, effective career management, personal branding, networking, interviewing, and career tactics.

In the same year, Maria also worked as a Career Consultant & Facilitator at Sales Initiative and as a Career Coach at GetFive. In these roles, they provided one-on-one coaching sessions to individuals from various industries and career stages, helping them identify their strengths, interests, and values, and develop a roadmap to achieve their professional goals using the GetFive methodology.

Maria Moragianis has a wealth of experience in journalism, recruitment, career development, and coaching, making their a valuable asset in supporting individuals' professional growth and organizations' talent management efforts.

Maria Moragianis has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Wayne State University. Maria also holds a Master of Education degree in Education from the University of La Verne. In 2008 to 2009, they obtained a diploma in Executive Coaching & Organizational Development Consulting from Impact PCS.

In addition to their formal education, Maria has obtained several certifications. Maria obtained a Career Coaching Certification from GetFive in December 2021. In 2019, they obtained a Level 2 Wines & Spirits certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. In 2018, they obtained a Level 1 Wines certification from the same institution. In 2015, Maria obtained an Accredited Advanced Diploma in Coach Training (AADCT) from the Association for Coaching. In December 2014, they received a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from Socialab. Lastly, in July 2014, they obtained an NLP Practitioner Certification Training from Quest for Success Ltd.
