James Eselgroth, MS, PMP, CSM is currently the Director of Innovation & Technology at Highlight. James previously held roles such as VP, Data & Analytics/Chief Data Officer at RIVA Solutions, Inc. and Deputy Chief Technology Officer at Definitive Logic. James also has a strong background in leadership and data management from their time in the United States Air Force. James holds a Graduate Certificate in CDO-1 Foundations for Chief Data Officers from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
