Meaghan Chitwood

Meaghan Chitwood, CFE, currently serves as Vice President of Strategy at Highwater, focusing on business strategy development, branding, marketing communications, data analysis, and sales enablement. As Executive Director and Franchise Owner of BNI Alabama since June 2004, Meaghan has assisted approximately 840 business owners in generating significant referrals. Meaghan also contributes as an Executive Member of the International LEAP Network, engaging with global leaders to inspire growth and impact. Prior experience includes Chief Operations Officer of InHome Therapy, where revenue increased from $13 million to $30 million. Meaghan's past roles at BNI Global involved leadership in transitioning business models online, developing global training programs, and improving chapter processes. Early career experiences at Chevron included project management and talent development, with a focus on innovative solutions and significant capital improvements. Meaghan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University.
