Youssef Ben Ahmed

Youssef Ben Ahmed has diverse work experience in marketing and customer service roles. Youssef currently holds the position of Senior Growth Marketing Specialist at HiJiffy since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Growth Marketing Manager at LUGGit from April 2021 to March 2023. Youssef also gained experience at Teleperformance as a High-Value Customers Advisor for Google from January 2021 to April 2021, and as a Customer Care Advisor for Google from May 2020 to January 2021. Youssef further worked as a Marketing Analyst at European Innovation Academy in February 2020 and as a Marketing Specialist at the Center for Technological Innovation and Entrepreneurship from April 2019 to December 2019. Youssef's early work experience includes roles as a Marketing Analyst at eXo Platform from July 2017 to November 2017, and as the Business School's Librarian at SMU - South Mediterranean University (MSB- MedTech-LCI) from September 2016 to December 2016.

Youssef Ben Ahmed has a Master's degree in Strategic Marketing from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, which they obtained from 2018 to 2020. Prior to their master's degree, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a specialization in Marketing at SMU - South Mediterranean University (MSB- MedTech-LCI) from 2014 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Youssef has acquired several certifications. Youssef received the Content Marketing and SEO Fundamentals certification from Semrush in March 2021. In June 2020, they obtained the Google Ads Display Certification and the Google Ads Search Certification from Google. Youssef also obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification in February 2020.
