Suzanne Decourcy

Suzanne DeCourcy is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner at Hilb Group New England since September 2015, Suzanne provides comprehensive HR consulting services, including conducting assessments, recruitment, and strategic planning. Previously, as Human Resources Manager at The Jan Companies, responsibilities included managing recruitment for multi-state locations and ensuring legal compliance for over 3,000 employees. Earlier roles included Director of Human Resources at Guilford Specialty Group, Inc. and Director of Employee Relations at The Alzheimer's Resource Center. Suzanne holds an M.S. in Counselor Education from Central Connecticut State University and a B.S. in Education from Keene State College.
