Waleed Aly is currently working as the Vice President of Investment Banking at Hilco Corporate Finance, LLC. Waleed specializes in middle market investment banking, providing strategic advisory services for clients in sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A, and debt capital markets, particularly focusing on distressed & special situations involving bankruptcy and financial restructuring. Prior to their current role, Waleed worked at CoBo Trading Group and Jefferies in various finance-related positions. Waleed holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University.
