Julian Catzeflis is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in food and beverage management. Currently serving as the Director of Food & Drink at Hilton since August 2024, Julian has held prominent roles in esteemed establishments including Harrods as Senior Restaurant Operations and Green & Fortune as Group Restaurant Operations Manager. Previous experiences encompass leadership positions such as General Manager at The Birley Clubs and Park Chinois, as well as significant contributions at Nobu Hotel London Shoreditch as Director of Food and Beverage.
