Bill Lee

Bill Lee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Bill started their career in the US Army as a Team Leader in the Mechanized Infantry. After that, they joined DIRECTV where they held various positions including Customer Service Representative, Team Leader, Customer Care Manager, Case Management Area Manager, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Bill then moved to AT&T, where they worked as a Social Media Senior Operations Manager, Associate Director, and Strategic Partner General Manager. Currently, they are employed at HireRight as a Senior Director of Global Human Resources. Prior to their current role, they served as the Director of Global Human Resources-APAC/India and Director of Global Human Resources. Bill has extensive experience supporting global operations, collaborating with various teams across different regions.

Bill Lee holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University, which they obtained in 2015. Bill also holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, which they acquired between 2010 and 2012. In terms of additional certifications, Bill Lee has obtained various LinkedIn certifications, including Writing in Plain Language, Generative AI for Business Leaders, Artificial Intelligence and Business Strategy, Finance for Non-Financial Managers, Human Resources: Compensation and Benefits, Strategic Human Resources, and Sustainable Employee Engagement. Bill also holds a certification as an Emergency Medical Technician-Basic, obtained from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians in 2003.
