Bill Doyel

Bill Doyel has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bill is currently the VP of Customer Operations & Solutions at HireVue, a position they started in 2023. Prior to this, they were a Leadership Member at PreSales Collective, where they worked towards elevating the role of PreSales professionals globally.

Before their current positions, Bill held various roles at Modern Hire, starting as a Client Success Manager and progressing to become the VP of Revenue Operations & Solution Consulting. In these roles, they worked with global enterprise clients, such as Disney and Samsung, advising them on the strategic utilization of Modern Hire solutions in their talent acquisition process.

Earlier in their career, Bill worked as a Senior Consultant at Campus Management Corp, assisting in the implementation of the CampusVue Student eco-system for proprietary and career college clients. Bill also served as the Associate Director of Student Records at DePaul University, overseeing student records compliance and managing projects related to registration and degree conferral.

Throughout their career, Bill has demonstrated expertise in solution consulting, sales enablement, project management, and team leadership.

Bill Doyel has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Public Service Management from DePaul University. Bill also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Production Management from the same university. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Notary Public from the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions in June 2016, and as a Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce in 2014.
