James McGill is an accomplished executive in customer success and strategic operations, currently serving as Vice President of Global Customer Success at HireVue since February 2017. In this role, James leads a dedicated team focused on enhancing customer and candidate experiences while implementing innovative hiring solutions. Previous positions at HireVue include Vice President International and Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region, where James drove significant initiatives in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and expanded the company's presence in APAC. With a rich history in customer success management at leading organizations such as Microsoft, Adobe, and Salesforce, James has consistently delivered exceptional customer engagement and retention strategies. James also provided consultancy for SAAS companies through James McGill Consulting and has held key marketing roles at Travelport and Virgin Atlantic.
