Lisa Rucker

Lisa Rucker is an experienced instructional designer currently working at Hitachi Construction Machinery Loaders America Inc. since June 2019, where expertise in adult learning principles is leveraged to create effective training projects for internal and external stakeholders. Previous roles include Senior Instructional Designer at Long Term Care Partners, where Lisa designed and implemented the BENEFEDS Open Season Training program, and positions at T-ROC and Long Term Care Partners involving e-Learning solutions and curriculum development. With a background in training project management at Alorica and software implementation at Verizon Wireless, Lisa has a strong foundation in developing training for diverse audiences. Educational qualifications include a BA in Sociology from Georgia State University and an Associate of Arts from Wayne County Community College District.
