Noman Kakakhel

Noman K.'s work experience includes roles in various companies and industries. In 2003, they worked as a Store/data Supervisor at the University of Peshawar. From 2005 to 2008, they served as a Project Coordination Officer/Administrative Assistant at the University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar. In 2010, Noman worked as a Project Assistant for Jalozai Campus Project at the University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar, Pakistan. Noman then joined Ericsson in 2012 as a Software Developer before moving on to ECDC, where they worked as an Information Technology Support Consultant providing technical support and remote administration. Next, they joined Qualitrol in 2013 as an Application Engineer. Later that year, they joined Academic Work as a Service Delivery Analyst, managing IT support and service delivery for the Nordic region. In 2014, Noman joined EasyPark Group as a Service Desk Manager, responsible for IT strategy and management of IT infrastructure across multiple countries. Their most recent role is at Hive Streaming, where they started as a Support Engineer in 2020 and currently serves as the Head of Support (EMEA), managing customer support operations and implementing processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Noman K. completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Peshawar from 2003 to 2007. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer and System Sciences with a concentration in Information Security at Stockholm University from 2008 to 2010. Noman then furthered their education at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2012, obtaining a Master's degree in Project Management and Operational Development. In addition to their academic achievements, Noman also obtained certification as an ITIL Foundation Certified professional from EXIN in February 2014.
