Junaid Mohammed has a diverse work experience in various companies. Junaid started their career as a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) from July 2010 to February 2011. After that, they worked as a Technical Analyst at Dell from March 2011 to September 2011. Junaid then joined Michigan State University as a Research Assistant from October 2011 to March 2012. Following this, they joined Accenture as a Senior Software Engineer from August 2012 to June 2015. In 2015, they became a Customer Success Manager at SAP from June 2015 to July 2016. Junaid then worked at CloudCherry as a Senior Customer Experience Consultant from August 2016 to May 2017 and later as the Director of Customer Success from June 2017 to February 2019. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Success at Hiver starting from February 2019, and recently they have been promoted to the Head of Customer Success since January 2020.

Junaid Mohammed holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at St. Aloysious Pre University College from 2004 to 2006, with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. In addition to their formal education, Junaid has also obtained the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in September 2019.
