Panouchi L.

Panouchi L. has worked for HAP (Hmong American Partnership) since 2020 in the roles of COVID Program Lead and COVID Care Coordinator. Prior to this, they worked for Minnesota Community Care from 2017 as a Medical Assistant. In this role, they exceeded clinic flow of rooming patients and fulfilled providers' orders, obtained medical history, took vitals, performed phlebotomy, administered medications and injections, and demonstrated leadership skills within the team. They also coached new hires and successfully trained them in a timely manner.

Panouchi L. completed an Associate's degree in Medical Assistant from Rasmussen College in 2011. In 2016, they began an Associate's degree at Inver Hills Community College, which is still in progress. In January 2023, they obtained a certification in Foundations of Project Management from Coursera | Google.
