Ramon Hernandez has over 15 years of experience in the IT field. Ramon'smost recent experience includes a role as SysOps Manager at HOCS Consulting Inc. where they managed and mentored a team of over 10 remote personnel in the US and Ukraine, and was responsible for monitoring over 20,000 workstations and over 2,500 servers. Ramon was also the primary contact point for all department escalations. Prior to this, Ramon held a Client Services Engineer role at RFA, where they were a contributor to the migration from multiple applications to ITGlue as the primary resource for knowledge base, credential manager, and equipment inventory. Ramon was also the primary technical lead for multiple clients and fostered relationships with key client decision-makers. From 2014 to 2021, Ramon worked at Amelia, an IPsoft Company, in various roles, including IT Service Desk Supervisor, IT Service Desk Team Lead, and IT Service Desk Administrator. In these roles, they managed a team of over 20 remote and on-site personnel, processed over 200 support requests weekly, and developed efficient work schedules for each team member. From 2008 to 2006, Ramon worked as a Data Center Technician at Quality Technology Services, where they provided help desk and administrator support, remote hands and eyes for customers, and hardware and software configurations and installation of managed products. Ramon also held an IT Tech/Web Master role at FLAME ON INC from 2006 to 2008, where they were responsible for ensuring desktop security, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and maintaining accuracy and search engine optimization of websites.

Ramon Hernandez attended Katharine Gibbs School from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Computer Network Operations in the field of Technology. Ramon also obtained certifications from CompTia (A+ in March 2008), Cisco (CCENT in June 2013), CompTia (Network+ in November 2011 and Security+ in February 2012), IBM (Systems X Technical Fundamentals V11 in October 2012), and Lifeshot (Adult CPR/AED in May 2012).
