Chief Marketing & Digital Officer (cdo) at Hoff

Paco Valiente has a strong background in digital marketing and e-commerce. Paco began their career as an E-Commerce Project Manager at Compaq in 1999, where they were responsible for managing e-commerce projects until 2003. Paco then joined HP as an EMEA Digital Marketing Senior Consultant and later became a Digital Marketing Senior Consultant and Program Manager, serving in these roles from 2003 to 2009.

In 2010, Valiente joined Inditex as the Global Footwear E-Commerce Manager. After two years, they transitioned to Camper, where they held the position of Global E-Commerce & Performance Marketing Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all performance marketing channels and defining and executing the commercial plan worldwide from 2012 to 2017.

Valiente then joined Pikolinos as the E-commerce Director, where they reported directly to the CEO and played a key role in setting and leading the digital business and marketing strategy for the Pikolinos and Martinelli brands. Paco held this position until 2020, when they moved on to MediaMarkt Iberia. At MediaMarkt Iberia, Valiente served as the Head of Marketing & Digital, reporting to the CEO and leading the marketing, digital experience, retail media, and e-commerce teams.

Most recently, Valiente was appointed as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at HOFF, a position they currently hold.

Paco Valiente's education history includes two programs at ESIC Business & Marketing School. In 2000, they pursued an Executive Master's degree in CRM, Direct Marketing & E-Commerce, which lasted until 2001. Later in 2010, they enrolled in an Advanced Programme in Sales Management at the same institution.
