Alvaro Gonzalez de Aguilar del Canto

Alvaro Gonzalez de Aguilar del Canto has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they served as the Human Resources Director at Hoffmann Group since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Altamira Asset Management from 2020 to 2022.

Before their role at Altamira Asset Management, Alvaro worked as a Human Resources Manager / Project Manager at 3Weeks Consulting from 2019 to 2020. Alvaro was responsible for designing recruitment plans and establishing an end-to-end hiring process.

From 2017 to 2018, Alvaro held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Grupo Norte, where they contributed to defining HR strategies and processes to support organizational needs.

Alvaro also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. In addition to their formal education, Alvaro has obtained certifications including the Certificación Internacional en Coaching- Nivel Experto en Coaching from Instituto Europeo de Coaching and a Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge.
