Luis Ortega Duval is currently the Director Customer Experience at Holidays Network Group. Prior to this role, Luis worked as a Customer Service & Collections Supervisor and Collections Agent within the same company. Before joining Holidays Network Group, Luis was a Customer Support at Stream City Center. Luis received a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidad APEC. Luis completed high school at New Life Christian Academy and attended Saint Patrick School.
