Joost Brand

Joost Brand is an experienced professional in quality assurance and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager for Friesland Campina Professional Systems Lattiz since May 2024. Previously, Joost has held key roles in various organizations, including as a Senior Product and Process Specialist at Holland Innovative and as a Supplier Quality Engineering Business Partner and Director of Continuous Improvement at Philips. With expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Joost has successfully designed and implemented improvement roadmaps, managed supplier quality for new product introductions, and led significant productivity projects across multiple companies, including Cooledge Lighting Inc., Philips Lighting, and JDS Uniphase. Joost holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and has cultivated a robust background in engineering and process development throughout a career spanning over two decades.
