Michael Verheek

Michael VerHeek has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Michael currently works at Homepoint as the Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Managing Director of Pricing and Analysis at Homepoint from July 2020 to September 2022, and as the Managing Director of Pricing and Analysis from July 2019 to July 2020.

Before joining Homepoint, Michael worked at MB Financial Bank for nearly a decade, from August 2010 to July 2019. During their time there, they held the position of SVP Secondary Marketing, Senior Trader, and Senior Pricing Manager.

Earlier in their career, Michael worked at Citi from December 2007 to July 2010. Michael held various roles at Citi, including VP of Decision Management Business Analysis Manager II in the National Planning & Analysis department, and VP of Pricing Manager in the Wholesale Business Development & Pricing department.

Michael's career began at ABN AMRO Mortgage Group in October 2000, where they held the position of AVP Pricing Manager in Margin Management & Pricing Strategies until November 2007.

Prior to entering the mortgage industry, Michael worked at Providence Mortgage Company (now Dart Bank) as a Mortgage Banker and Loan Officer from April 1999 to September 2000.

Michael VerHeek attended the University of Michigan from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
