Colby Smith

Colby Smith has a diverse work experience. Colby began their career in 2011 as an Infantry Platoon Leader and Cavalry Troop Executive Officer for the 4th Infantry Division. Colby then went on to become a Special Forces Candidate at the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School in 2014, and then an Assistant Operations Officer and Special Forces Detachment Commander for the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) from 2016 to 2021. In 2019, they became an MBA Candidate at the MIT Sloan School of Management, and in 2020, they were an Associate and Summer Associate at DVG Partners.

Colby Smith received their High School Diploma from Second Baptist School in 2006. Colby then attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management in 2010. Most recently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
