Sergio Moreno González

Sergio Moreno González has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and business development. Sergio currently serves as the People & Culture Director at Homedoctor since 2020. Prior to this, Sergio worked as an Independent Human Resources Advisor, collaborating with different companies to define and develop strategies for HR transformation, Recruitment Strategy, and Compensation. In this role, they also led a project to transform the HR area of a Spanish business corporation.

Before their independent work, Sergio held several positions at Verisure Securitas Direct, a European market leader in home control systems. Sergio served as the HR Director for South Europe & Latam, overseeing the company's operations in 14 countries and focusing on customers and service. Sergio was also the HR Director for Spain and played a key role in the company's growth, from approximately 100 employees to over 4,500, with a customer base of more than 850,000 in 2016. Additionally, Sergio served as the Business Control Manager for Spain during their early years with Verisure Securitas Direct.

Sergio Moreno González attended ISDI from 2016 to 2017, where they completed the Digital Talent Executive Program, earning a degree in DITEX. In 2003, they enrolled at Universidad CEU San Pablo and completed a HR Management Master's degree in 2004, specializing in HR.
