Abigail Joslyn

Chief Operations Officer at Honolulu Coffee

Abigail Joslyn has over 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Abigail began their career in 2010 as the Director of International Training for Magnolia Bakery, where they were responsible for creating and implementing a company-wide training curriculum, managing both domestic and international training programs, and assisting the Human Resources department with back of house and management recruiting. In 2015, they became the Regional Director of Operations for Food Planet Inc., a Tokyo-based, multi-brand, food and beverage company. During their tenure, they spearheaded the local business structure for Nitrogenie Hawaii ($1M annual) and Magnolia Bakery Hawaii ($2M annual), while managing a team of over 100 employees and focusing on bottom line P&L operations. In 2017, they joined Honolulu Coffee as the Director of Retail Operations. Most recently, in 2022, they were promoted to Chief Operations Officer at Honolulu Coffee Company.

Abigail Joslyn attended The Culinary Institute of America from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Baking and Pastry Arts Management with a field of study in Baking and Pastry Arts.
