Sherri Goldberg has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent position being Director | HR Business Partner at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. In this role, they provided strategic HR consultation and support to the Executive Vice President and Leadership Team for the Commercial Business Unit. Sherri translated business strategies into HR plans and worked with the HR Center of Excellence to implement HR programs.

Earlier in their career, Sherri worked at JP Morgan as a Team Leader in the transition team for the integration of Bear Stearns. Sherri was responsible for determining severance and benefits for exiting employees and providing integration support for the Washington Mutual acquisition.
Sherri's career also includes significant experience at Bear Stearns & Co., where they were promoted to Senior HR Business Partner and later became the Training Manager. In these roles, they advised and coached senior leaders on people management issues and managed a team of HR professionals.
Sherri Goldberg has a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. Sherri also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a focus on Personnel & Public Relations from Hofstra University. In addition, Sherri has obtained a Lean Six Sigma certification from Vector International.
