Dominic Neisen

Dominic Neisen has extensive experience in packaging technology and innovation. Dominic currently serves as the Director of Packaging Technology at Hostess Brands, where they are responsible for managing packaging design and commercialization. Prior to this role, they worked as the Associate Director of Packaging R&D at The Kraft Heinz Company, leading a team of engineers and delivering packaging innovation for renowned brands. Their earlier experience includes working as the Director of Product Commercialization at HAVI, where they led the development and commercialization of sustainable packaging materials for the quick-service restaurant industry.

Dominic Neisen holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Operations Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business. Dominic also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Engineering from the University of Arkansas. Additionally, they have certifications in Reliability-Centered Maintenance, HAZWOPER, Microsoft Project I & II, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
